1 case of 6" Flour Tortillas, available at GFC.
1 case of Fritos for walking Tacos (GFC)
Chicken and Peppers Fajitas:
20 lbs of sliced chicken breasts seasoned and prepared according to this recipe: Chicken and Green Peppers
Approximately 15-20 green peppers sliced (and frozen until needed) to add to the chicken.
Chips and Cheese:
1 case of Chips (GFC)
2 large cans of nacho cheese (GFC)
Toppings:
Guacamole
Onions
Sour Cream
1 large bag of shredded lettuce (GFC)
Black olives
1 large can of chopped tomatoes (Fresh would be better)
1 large bag of shredded cheese (GFC)
2 Large cans of refried beans (GFC)

20 lbs of Green Chili Smashed Potatoes
Large Batch of Nora's Spanish Rice

Ice Tea- 2 containers of concentrate (GFC)
Lemonade- 2 containers of concentrate (GFC)

No pop=no pop cans to pick up and return!

All food was kept warm with chafing dishes.
Tortillas were kept warm in Tortilla Warmers bought on Amazon.

Cost, including cups, napkins, silverware, but not including the meat, was approximately 400 dollars.
